Thanks for posting this. I checked my copy and mine is complete; hopefully it affected only a small number of books. 

I&#039;ve stopped by the bookstore today and they told me that they ordered more books about a week ago and these should be coming in this week. So keep an eye at the store or call them at 416-640-5840

		<description>i have discovered, to my horror, that my primary source book is missing pages 417 to 448. This book was purchased from the U of T bookstore, and i intend to return and exchange it for a complete version. there must be fellow students in the same predicament. it may be that the entire printing run of this book is incomplete.
